    Hi,

    To make a long story short, the only (easy) way I can charge my battery on my 8830 is with an external charger. Since I'm still waiting for the extra battery that I ordered to arrive in the mail, I'd like to charge the current battery using the external charger.

    Does anyone know how long I can remove the current battery from the BB before the BB loses data? Or, will that not happen?
