My husband just switched to the BB world edition from the curve, and for some reason, on the WE when you are in your call logs you can only dial the last number (that is the last call received, missed or placed), there is no way to call the number further down on the list (say a call received earlier in the day)....from the way we figured it out the only way is to write the number down and then dial it (not convenient) or to call from the address book....and suggestions???????????

Pull your battery with the phone ON. Leave it out a few seconds, then put it back. When the phone reboots, call log dialing should work normally. Select any number and click the trackball to call it.

thanks jeff, dont know why i didnt think of that but it worked and it fixed another problem we were having with the phone

Glad it worked. The more bizarre the symptoms, the more likely a battery pull will solve it.
