So i uploaded the 4.5 os on my 8830 ( Verizon Network ) and everything works fine except for the profiles. Its completely mute and wont vibrate and it wont allow me to edit any of the profiles to adjust volume or anything on it! help please!

I think that when you upgrade to 4.5, you lose all of the sounds. You need to search this on the forum, there is an answer here.

v4.5.0.77 has a known problem with not having any sounds installed. There is an easy fix though. You can find it by searching this site.

v4.5.0.101 has all the sounds, so you may want to upgrade to that. I am running .101 and have no issues.

Same thing happened to me, but the problem was solved when I upgraded to .101
Just upgrade it and all the functionality of the profiles will come back.
