Last week while I was away on vacation, my Blackberry stopped sending and receiving emails.
I went to re-set my email, but my password no longer worked. I used the "forgot password" feature, and it said that my password would be sent to my blackberry device - but my device can't receive that message!
I assume by reset your email you mean resend the Service Books from provider.blackberry.com? If not, try that. If that is what you did then call your provider and talk to BB tech support. They can reset that password for you most likely if your phone for whatever reason can't receive it.
