Hello, my BB8830 tells me that I have a message (in the message folder, not the email specific folder) but when I open it, there is no message there. I cannot see in the options where I might have hidden a message type, so I'm confused...can anyone help me?

If you have already checked your individual accounts including your BB messenger and the notiification is still there try a battery pull. I have this happen occasionally as well. The battery pull like with most problems should do the trick.

Check your saved messages. It's possible you accidentally hid it in there.

I had kind of the opposite problem this weekend. On my home screen (using one of the iphone themes), I had a SMS show up that showed up only on the home screen. If I went to any of the SMS folders, the message was not there.

A battery pull fixed it.

Now why did sprint bother to send me a text msg at 4am I'll never know.
