    I have an 8830 WE. A few weeks ago my appointments stopped sycronizing with the Outlook. The company I work for has a BlackBerry server. Our technical folks reset my account to try to help me. I have called Verizon and explained the situation to them and they cannot help either.

    In a nut shell if I create an appointment on my 8830 it does not get communicated to my Outlook.

    Can anyone help me?

    If your IT guys can verify that everything is ok with the BES, something is amiss on the Berry.

    Have you updated the software, or removed any modules via the options?

    See my response to twkellen's similar problem in the thread in this forum titled "Contact List Information." It sounds like you might have a similar situation. Hope this helps.
