I downloaded and have used poynt a few times when I'm at my work, but i've tried it a few times from home or in my car and i get a warning indicator that says gps access denied. why is this?

i'd also like to note i went into firewall and it isn't even enabled (the firewall, not the specific app).

Load BlackBerry Maps and start GPS navigation. Once it has the satellites, then start Poynt
