I just got a friends blackberry 8830. How do I stop her e-mails from still coming to this phone?

Goto Options > Advanced > Service Book - highlight and delete her email addresses.

Your friend should also log into her BIS account and delete her email account.

Then you should probably perform a Security Wipe to get all of her data off of it, and then you can set up your own BIS account with your email address.

Once I go into serivce book I have several options, which one should I choose?

kcwest, once you are in Service Books, the email with "her" address would be the obvious one to delete. If you are looking at Service Books, it will be obvious.
