Are you using any type of spam blocking software? Had the same issue and the emails where getting held up in the spam folder and I had to add noreply @ crackberry.com to my safe senders list to get the email to make it to my inbox. Check you junk\spam folders to see if it got redirected.
Thanks for your input. I do have a firewall,however I do not know how to find junk mail on my Blackberry. Any thoughts? I did get my confirmation to crackberry,but have not received any other e-mails on my account.
