Hi Everyone, anyone,

In my first attempt to load some itunes and clips onto my new 8830, the desktop manager automatically performed a 'synch' function that cleared all my mailboxes!

Q1) How do I retreive ALL my emails?
Q2) How do I stop this from ever happening again?

btw, DM won't recognize any itunes either. clips configured just fine...so,
Q3) How do I load itunes?

You don't. iTunes music files are content protected by DRM and therefore incompatible with any BB. All files must be free of DRM to play on a BB.
