    I recently updated to Desktop Manager 4.6 from DM 4.5 and have been unable to backup my data. This problem didn't happen on 4.5 before I made the upgrade. After uninstalling 4.6 and reinstalling 4.5, the problem continued. So I reinstalled 4.6 and I have narrowed the problem down to my profile options not being able to be backed up. I'm running v4.2.2.196. If anyone can guide me to a solution, I would appreciate it.

    Could you please elaborate on why you think it has to do with your profile options?

    When I went into the advanced options and backed up each piece of data individually, that one was the only one that came up with an error.

    So what happens if you attempt to do a back up without that one database?

    I found out that it will back up everything else, but I'm wondering whether there is a bug in my BB or in the Desktop Manager. If it's a bug with my BB, how would I go about fixing it?

    I would speculate that there is an error of some sort with your profile options.
