When I first hooked up my email account to my BB when I deleted an email on my BB it would delete it off my actual email inbox. It's not doing that anymore. Has anyone else run into this or know how to fix it?

When you go to delete it highlight the email and hit the delete button this should prompt to delete on handheld or on handheld and mailbox

When I do this it just says "delete item?". It doesn't say anything about deleting off handheld and mailbox.

I think I just fixed it. Under options it had only delete on handheld, so I switched it to delete off both.

I am also having that problem, but I can't find the fix in the option menu. Where did you find the option to delete on both.

It's under Email Options. Go into Messages or the email account icon for the respective account and hit Menu/Options. Look in there. Make sure you check it for each account if you have more then one email account setup in BIS.

Great info about deleting from both places, but are you on the hand held, or the server, or the PC, when you look into email options?
