The 8830 WE is my first blackberry and I haven't hadmany problems until now. My screen suddenly went dark and I can't do anything. I'm still receiving messages and the red indicator light is blinking. What can I do? Thanks!

went dark as in blank, or not as bright as it was?

try to pull the battery while the phone is on, and leave it out for a minute then reboot.
