I have a ton of contacts I need to put in my 8830 WE. They are not in my outlook contacts. Is there a stand alone Destop app you can use to input contacts and then push them over to the Blackberry. or is there a way to do it? I don't see anyway in the Desktop manager app.

There is no such app. You need some kind of email/contact manager program to sync with, otherwise you're stuck with inputting them via the BB itself.
