I can't recieve video messages on my Verizon 8830. I login in and select the message and it tells me to log into verizon's pic website on a computer. That is the site I log into on my phone to get the message. I don't know what to do. The reason I am getting the message on my phone is because I am not by a computer. What do I do??

My friends Verizon 8830 is just the same. I presumed that's how Verizon supports MMS. Hopefully someone else will chime in to confirm...

Yea that's word. You need to be on a PC to view pix or flix messages from Verizon. They show no love to the 8830. Kind of a drag but there is no MMS goodness for us. Its a pain to get a message and have to go on a PC to see it - nothing we can do about it though.

This is a Verizon setup deal, not an 8830 shortcoming. The 8830 fully supports MMS, but Verizon does not enable it on any phone that doesn't have a camera built in. Yeah, I know, they're idiots.... what else is new.
