While talking on the phone last night, another call came in.
I switched over to take the second call.
Somehow I must have hit another button also when flipping over because the phone now will not let me place another call. Regardless of the number I get a message that the call can't be placed.
If I go to the address book and try to call a number there, "Call *Name*" isn't an option from the menu.
If I direct type a number into the phone "555-5555" and then try to "call" it, the button doesn't do anything. Nothing happens.
I've even restarted the phone twice.
There's no icon or message on the home screen that I haven't seen before. Everything else looks normal.
Check your os version if you are on verizon there was a call collison issue that is resolved by updating. To the newest os will correct permanently but a soft reset (battery pull) should be a temp fix
