    Had to get a new 8830 today. When I resync'd the new phone w/ Desktop Manager I could not find the Web Browser and I can not reset my e-mail. Any suggestions

    Sign into BIS website to resend service books. Also go to Options/Advanced/Host Routing Table, hit Menu and Register Handheld to get the other service books (browser).

    Kinda new only had to do this once, so bare with me.
    BIS is Blackberry Internet Server??
    Do I access from Blackberry.com or Sprint?

    It's specific to Sprint. I forget what the site is exactly. Try this... https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=sprint

    After you sign in, choose to change device if it doesn't already prompt you.

    Got the web browser back but when I try to log back into my Blackberry e-mail acct. it says it has been suspended and to contact sys. admin.
    I guess I need to call Sprint in the morn or do I need to set up a new acct.
    I went ahead and set a new balckberry acct. till I can get it figured out, it's more important I get the email than how I get the email.
