    I CAN GET them but if I send one, it never gets there. It says it was delivered but the other person never gets it. WTF?

    I go to messages, hit the BB menu button or whatever, or hit the trackball and select compose pin. This should work.

    Well, I just replied to a pin message sent to me yesterday and my buddy hasn't replied back to say he got it. It's safe to assume that it didn't work.

    When you get a pin, how does it say it was delivered? peer-to-peer, or something else? if something else, what?

    Reprovision your phone with *22899 and then Options/Advanced/Host Routing Table, Menu/Register. If that doesn't work, you'll need to call Sprint Blackberry Support to check your RIM provisioning.
