Okay, I (duh, a newbie) confess to "ostrich syndrome" & from the beginning resorted to *gasp!* paper once I realized what was happening...when I sync, past events on my calendar are deleted from my device & never archived in Outlook, even though I have marked "keep forever" on device (somewhere....). I'm ready to really step into the electronic world & THIS DOESN'T WORK. HELP!!!!!
Check out your settings for your sync process. You may have it set up for a one way sync TO the device, and/or you may have the calendar date range set up to transfer only future items. You can change these through Desktop Manager by going to Synchronize, and then configuring your sync process.
