I can't seem to hop on my browser, it just goes to my e-mail set up screen... My e-mail is already set up I just want to surf the web! I can't figure out how to visit a webpage, for example I can't access a link from my e-mail to get my OTA theme I had sent to me.... agh

hit the blackberry key next to the track ball and then highlight "Go To.." see if you can type in anything there, I bet your home page got changed to the mail page.

It's odd, I can't do anything. At the top It says BlackBerry Internet Service, and only gives me a service menu or settings options. It's driving me up the wall that I can't figure it out!!! I hate waiting in line at Verizon for an hour for this

pull your battery
what OS are you on?
Did you load any 3rd party themes? they can cause lockups and memory leaks.

Battery out for 30 seconds, then back in.
Once inside the browser, press the menu key and choose "Go To."
That option will allow you to enter a different URL, if you want to change your homepage do:
Browser>Menu Key>Browser Configuration>Scroll to the bottom and you can enter a new homepage there.
