    Can anyone explain to me what mass storage mode is? And why it needs to be turned on/off for certain things?

    Mass storage mode is for the media card. If you don't have one in your BB, turn it to OFF.

    What are you trying to sync Entourage with?

    My Entourage 2004 syncs the contacts and tasks fine, but it sux for my calendar.

    Are you guys using the Pocket Mac application?

    I have this installed and running, however whenever I connect my BlackBerry 8830 to the computer it never recognizes that it is connected... any suggestions?

    Adam...yes I use PM to sync my contacts. What I have found is that sometimes, I have to open PM, THEN connect my BB, THEN hit sync, and then it'll recognize the BB. If I do it in any other order, it'll be a hit-or-miss.

    Also, I disable my password settings to sync to reduce any complications.
