    Hi,My 8830 used to work peferct on BIS some 6months back,but it has stopped when I activate(subscribe to BIS).I've tried wiping the device,reistalling the OS and I called my service provider to send me service books but I don't receive them and I don't get the response if I send a HRT registation message.How can I solve this problem?Thanks

    Hi. You can run a diagnostics test. Would bet that you need a new sim card.

    I Guess you're right,but are you sure this will work because I tried this on two networks(airtel and MTN) to register my BB but my device doesn't register as posted above.

    Most carriers allow the ability for you to resend the service books from their website. Look for the smartphone functions on the carrier website to are if yours has that function.

    I will try registering my device on their website using the desktop browser since java script is stopping me ("its saying your blackberry is not registered with a wireless network meaning I should use my BB browser") from registering using operamini on my device.
