BES/BIS mailboxes
I realize that these forums are full of a form of this question and I've exhausted the search feature looking for the answer I need, but alas I must resort to posting. Here goes...
Previously I had an 8830 and had setup GES and GIS. All messages were going into the "Messages" folder as expected. When I initially set up my AOL and Yahoo email accounts, separate icons were also created that filtered only those mail items into them. This is the setup I'm looking for again...
Last month my 8830 was damaged by water and was replaced with a brand new device. I was able to activate the Enterprise account and re-activate my AOL and Yahoo accounts, however when I reactivated the POP3 accounts the icons did not get recreated on my home screen.
How can I get these icons to return?
Thanks in advance...

Perhaps they are hidden... on the Homescreen, press Menu, SHOW ALL.
If not, they could be in a folder. But they are there if the email is flowing in from those two accounts.
Good luck.

If by home screen you mean the 5 icons in the Zen screen, hit menu to show all the icons. If they are after the top 5, you won't see them in the Zen list (home screen as you call it). Just move them around to better suit you.

Thanks for the advice. I ended up deleting the two Pop3 accounts and adding them again, that did the trick. I'm still unsure why they did not appear the first time *shrug*

It's possible the service books just needed resending. Sometimes on the first send it's still doesn't show up. Sometimes there's just no explanation on why a BB does something.
