I can't get the CD to work in my computer, is there a way to download the BB user tools and install them that way?

My CD is 4.2.2 (I believe) on the download site it list 3 versions of 4.2 which on should I download? And does it matter that I use Sprint?

i would select the highest numbered option then on the next page select "desktop software w/media manager-English"

this gives you roxio media manager and saves you download time since it won't have to download the oter language packs.
