I have a problem that i have not been able to find any information about. I have a BB8830, we are running BES, the phone sync's up with e-mail & contacts just fine except if you create an appointment on the phone, it never syncs up through the BES server into the Exchange Server & Outlook. However if you create the appointment in Outlook it gets out to the phone just fine. i have given the sync plenty of time (hours) to replicate. I
I have reset the phone back to defaults several times, the phone is running v4.2.2.148. i have removed and recreated the user account on the BES server several times as well. I have also checked the make sure that the calendar "wireless sync" setting is set to yes. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Check on the BES in the PIM sync and make sure that it is setup for bi-directional syncing.. If it is and it's not working, delete all your desktop service books and resend them to the device.
