    Hi!

This is extremely unusual but I forgot my blackberry 8830 WE at home I left it charging (I plugged it @ 7:00am) and not only I feel like I had no pants at the office, I'm also worried about damage to the battery for overcharging or worse.

Do anyone here know the consequences of charging the battery for about 10 - 11 hrs??? (As soon as I finish work, I'm rushing home to unplug it).

    Thanks.

I don' think it will hurt a Lithium Ion battery. I think the phone will cut it off somehow.

"Commercial lithium ion packs contain a protection circuits that limit the charge voltage to 4.30V/cell, 0.10 volts higher than the voltage threshold of the charger. Temperature sensing disconnects the charge if the cell temperature approaches 90C "
