This morning my bb stopped receiving my emails, so I pulled the battery thinking it would help, and instead I started receiving constant JVM Error 102 messages. I took it to the store and exchanged it, but now I'm having trouble reinstalling my apps. I downloaded Facebook and can see that it's there under Options-Advanced-Applications but there is no icon available or any way to use it. Please help!
