I've had my 8830WE for about 18 months now. Downloaded AOL IM as soon as I got it, from the Sprint Software Store on my BB. Has worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. It started kicking me off IM and saying that my user name or password was incorrect. It would stay disconnected for up to 24 hours at a time, but would usually end up reconnecting automatically with no problems. I'm pretty sure this is not an problem with AOL b/c I use the same info on my laptop and can get onto IM with no problems. My husband uninstalled the IM from my phone but when he went to reinstall it from the software store, there was a 404 error message every time he tried to open the page for it. Is there another way for me to get my AOL IM back on my BB?
