Does the 8830 have an airplane mode? I can't find it anywhere.

It doesn't say airplane mode. It is the turn wireless off icon.

Thanks! Found it in the user book; I forgot about that icon:

You should turn off wireless connections in certain places, such as on an airplane or in a hospital. For more information, see the safety
and product information booklet for your BlackBerry device.
    1. On the Home screen or in the application list, click Manage Connections.
    2. Perform one of the following actions:
To turn off a wireless connection, clear the check box beside the connection type.
To turn off all wireless connections, click Turn All Connections Off.
To turn on a wireless connection again, select the check box beside the connection type or click Restore Connections.

Same. Just go into Manage Connections and uncheck whatever services you don't want on.

Not sure about the Tour, on my 8830 if you turn off all connections it means:

    - mobile network (Verizon, Sprint, Bell, etc)
    - bluetooth (your headset, car speakerphone, etc)

In the plane both should be off. This means all radio signals are off, but you can still access all apps on the phone (games, calendar, etc.)
