Contact Telus. CDMA phones aren't unlocked in the same way GSM phones are. Telus will have to agree to activate it on their network.

Technically, yes. I can't say whether Telus will or not. Sprint and Verizon generally won't activate the other carrier's phone on their network, but other CDMA carriers might.
