i tried to upgrade to the 4.5 OS, but when i went to the link and started the app it said i was already running the most current version....but im running 4.2.....ANY HELP on how i can upgrade
OS 4.5 has not been officially released for the 8830, so if you go to a carrier site, you'll get 4.2. The latest OS 4.2 is 4.2.2.196. The best thing you can do is wait for the official release. I don't recommend any new user attempt to run a beta OS.
