I recently upgraded to .176 and instantly have a syncing problem with my laptop. I am running Desktop Manager 4.3 and the problem happens over both Bluetooth and USB. I am not using BES, just the internet mail service.
During the sync, I first get an Intellisync error that just says unexpected error and when I click OK, the synchronization stops. If I try to re-sync, I then get a popup that just says "Unknown Error"
I have found a workaround. I have to reset my configuration, then re-add my calendar and contacts back in the config settings. It then seems to work for about 24-48 hours, then I need to do it again.
Thanks for your reply. I needed to upgrade to 4.3 since I was having some BT issues that 4.3 fixed. I guess there could be a bug between 4.3 and the .176 firmware...... Go figure.
Does anyone know if a new Desktop Manager version is coming? or SP?
