My friend is on an 8700c using AT&T which I just upgraded for him to 4.5.

He would like for his voicemail notification to be in his message folder like mine which shows what number left the voicemail. How do I set this for him?

    Thanks!

Ok heres what you do. Hit the phone key then press the trackwheel in and go to options/coll logging. Change it to all calls. That puts them in the message folder.

Thanks, Spicoli! I just forwarded that to him and we'll see if it works.

It only part worked. It put all the voicemail notifications in his message folder but doesn't show the number that the voicemail was left from. He really likes that on mine so that if my phone is off and I turn it on, then I get the voicemail notice and I see who left it without having to listen to the voicemail.

How does he get that to work?

Interesting. I really like that so I don't have to listen to someone leaving me a book-length message.
