    Was having service issues with my 8700g (through T-Mo) and they recommended that I upgrade to this software version..

    In doing so, all sorts of things are screwed up.

    #1 - My Zen theme doesn't work properly. I've switched to the Dimension Today theme, which I think I like better (I miss my Treo sometimes )

    #2 - More importantly: My email service keeps getting dropped on the phone.. where I receive that notice from Blackberry that tells me my corporate email is no longer available on my phone, and I need to log back on my.tmobile.com to reset it back up. It happens within an hour of resetting.

    Email is setup as internet access through OWA..

    Any thoughts before I call T-Mo and sit on tech support for hours?

    Service issues as in calls dropping, signal coverage?

    If that's the case it appears the upgrade didn't resolve this. What issue are you having with the Zen theme?

    I would suggest calling tmo and asking them for a second opinion.

    Yes.. Dropped calls, error 63 calls (we're sorry, but that user's line is inactive), and poor signal coverage. This was their first step in fixing.

    What issue are you having with the Zen theme?
    No on-screen notifications of messenger messages, SMS messages, etc. No little icons.
