    I updated my BlackBerry tonight to the newest software to it. Now it can no longer access my e-mail. After I installed the software, everything was gone. I did a restore and most of my stuff is back but I can not access my e-mail on my phone anymore and its not coming through.

    I may have accidentally may have selected enterprise instead of internet, but I'm not sure. Is there a way to check that?

    I also went to the BlackBerry Internet Service website and when I try to save my e-mail information again I get the message that says:

    "An error occurred during email account validation. Please check your information and try again."

    The funny thing is I have not changed my e-mail information at all!!!

    I also can't get rid of the dang setup wizard icon on the front page.

    Did you register your host routing table and try to resend your service books. You can hide the setup icon so dont worry about that.
