I got a solid green light on even after unplugging the charger, it stayed on there for the whole night, and I couldn't turn the bb on. It seemed dead? What could be the possible causes? This was the first I charged the battery since I updated the OS to 4.5rom, does the problem relate to this? Thanks in advance.

If you did not have that problem before the update, it could be related to that. So is it working now?

i think that is the LED coverage indicator. basically indicating whether or not u have service. to turn it off go to Options ->Screen/Keyboard->LED coverage indicator-> Off

Coverage indicator is a blinking green light.

Do a battery pull with the device on, replace it after 30 seconds, after it boots up see what you have.
