    Please help........ I am at wits end!! My Blackberry 8703e has been wiped twice with the assistance of Blackberry tech support. It worked for a few days and today the screen frooze and I couldn't get into the device so I took the battery out, waited 1 minute and it rebooted the Blackberry but only 4 of my email accounts came back and it removed one. I've only had this device since February 2007. I've had a long list of issues with this device........ Do you think it's time to toss this one and get a new one?

    Please advise.......... This is so stressful.

    Sounds like an exchange might be in order. If you have alreadt talked with RIM support and still have the problem, then I say take advantage of the one year warranty and swap it out.
