I've got free unlimited internet on my Windows Mobile PPC-6700, it was provided to me free by Sprint because of some account biffup that they did..

So I came into contact with an 8703e that I want to switch to.. I'm kinda done with WM devices and horrible battery life..

I emailed Sprint to see if my unlimited data could carry over to this 8703e and was told no, and that I'd have to add Blackberry data for $39.99.... wtf?

a plan is a plan, why would I need to add blackberry data? when they can just change remove the PDA data and add the blackberry data and redo the "free" flag..

I'm my company's carrier maintenance and Blackberry admin, I do this type of stuff ALL day long for business accounts.. are they just being anal and telling me no on my consumer account because it's a consumer account?

That is one sticky situation your best best is to bail from Sprint before they go bankrupt their about to go down the crapper really soon.
