Just Bought A Unlocked Blackberry 8700c. Updated The Phone Right Away. For Some Reason I Can't Figure Out How To Place Mp3's Weither From This Site Or My Own As A Ringtone. IT'S THE SAME WITH PICTURES. I Downloaded The Media Sync And It Says That The Device Is Not Supported. Any Help Please... I Need Some Good Ringtones...

I would do a backup and then re install the os

Goto the BB website and then select device, 8700c, support, bb 8700 series support, software downloads, Find the latest BlackBerry Device Software now. (Whew) all those steps are clicks on each page. Select the NEWEST version of the desktop software, vers 4.6 is it. Then you'll have to choose what bundle you want. Get the english w/ media manager, (unless you want multi lingual, then select one of the others, but make sure you select W? MEDIA MANAGER). this will come w/ roxio and you use it to import pics andd mp3s to your BB. Simple as drag and drop.
