I just received a BB from the company and the green blinking light is working, but the red light does not work when I have unread messages and missed calls. I updated my profile and turned it on and off but it didn't work. Any ideas? Please help!

Try this.

Go to Profiles > Scroll down to Advanced.

Edit the profile that you want and make sure that Repeat Notification is set to LED flashing.

Also turn off the LED! No one cares when it's flashing green, we only want to know about the 'red' light! LOL

I hate the green LED. That was the first thing that I turned off.

My VZW rep must have turned off the green light for me, because I've never seen it.

Blue and red are the only LED's I've ever seen!

My BB didn't come with service indicator on... Just the bloody battery indicator
