Hey all now that my boss has seen my bold he is wanting one lol...in the meantime he is having lots of issues with his 8700r that I am hoping the good folks here can help me solve...
his phone say data connection refused on the main screen he is on the 15 dollar email plan from rogers his keeps jumping from gprs to edge...
I can't add him as a contact in BB messenger and he can't send or recieve pin requests.
His emails have become very sporatic.

He is using V4.1.0.284 platform 2.0.0.120 OS any ideas what I need to do to get this monster working....

Your boss has the $15 email plan. I may be incorrect, but it's probably because that plan doesnt have data. Because he does not have data, there would be no way for him to use PIN messaging.

In regards to his emails becoming sporadic, I can't answer that one.

Sorry, I just looked up the website. There are two $15 email plans - Both have messaging. Disregard my previous spewage.

Have him call Rogers and see if the technical team can help?
