Curve does have a factory holster. I have to admit I started with an 8700 and if it had been updated I would have stayed with it. I do like the trackball better that the wheel.

There are older people like me that couldn't read anything on the Cuves tiny screen. I actually wish they made one bigger than my 8703e.

I agree with Front Man - seems the older you get, your eyes get worse which makes reading a lot harder. Take our phone book here in Ottawa (Ontario, Canada), the printing is so small I need a magnifying glass to read it -all in the name of saving money on printing.
