Object Push Profile

I have a 807e3 with Verizon. I was told that I need Object Push Profile (OPP) on my phone in order be able to transfer my my phone book to my Blue Tooth enabled radio (Pioneer) in my car.

Can the OPP be downloaded or is this feature not available on the 8703e?
