Not to sound like an arse but, you're going to have to give us some more info.
    1. Is your BT turned on?
    2. Is this device already paired?

You see where I'm going with this?

Does you BlackBerry (BB) have built-in GPS or are you using a seperate receiver? What are you using the BT for?

Ahhh. You either need a seperate GPS receiver (connected via BT) or an internal GPS built into the BB. The next best thing is to use Google Maps. It uses cell tower triangulation to give you an approximate location (within a mile). It's not as accurate as GPS but, it's better than nothing and it's FREE.
