    1. Back up data on Desktop Manager under Back up/restore option
    2. Back up your 3rd party apps. Instructions here--> http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/how-...cations-53201/
    3. Disconnect your BB from Desktop Manager

Garz, ive done that a few times, and done numerous battery pulls, and sent the service books a bunch of times too. All of them come up negative with making blackberry internet browser available. the only one i have is the cingular browser which sucks the big one btw.

Another thing that i noticed is i dont have the typical "shop for" icons on my phone anywhere. The phone is working just fine on my AT&T network. I'm sending and receiving emails, but im wondering if the OS doesnt like AT&T service books.

looks as if this is a newer version than the one that was previously posted. i'll have to install this one and see how well it works, and maybe get my browser back.

To get it to work for the 8703 you'll need to see the Sticky under this one for the newest 8703 operating system.

I updated mine yesterday, my laptop shut down right at the beginning of the update. Needless to say my bb was empty, had to reset my bb and then start over. Once done though I haven't seen any problems as of yet. I like the docs to go feature I now have.

However the device becomes a bit slow in response time, and it ****s up my Yahoo Go 3.0 menu navigation.
An area of appreciation is that Go Bible 2.26 now installs and works perfectly fine on 4.5 OS
    Thanx
