I have a 8703e with sprint. I recently just got a replacement phone and I noticed I'm not able to veiw pdf files. My old phone was given to me so I'm not sure how they got the bb to view pdf files. Can you please help or advise me of a program that I can download that would work for that.

Is the OS the same version as your old one? Perhaps the replacement just needs to be updated to the lastest OS.
