I'm trying to install 4.2 on my friends 8703e. I have an 8300. I deleted the 8300 file from my pc and downloaded the 8703e os. I have desktop manager 4.3. Its not working. Its saying the desktop manager does not have software for the device I connected to the computer. I have done this MANY times with no trouble. I can't find the vendor file to delete. Why is it not working?
