Hello I have a BB 8703e now sometimes I find that it takes a while to receive email on it, is there an option where I can speed it up?

Your phone is prob not the problem...It might be the email server your blackberry is synced too. I have Gmail and my company email synced to my phone and Gmail comes in faster than my corporate portal.
