Hello. First time posting.

I own a BB 8703e running on Verizon's network.

I am happy with by BB, but there is one thing bugging me.

Last night I set up my Gmail and Yahoo accounts on the BB. I woke up this morning to find hundreds of OLD messages from Gmail and Yahoo had downloaded to the 8703e overnight. I then erased all of them only to have the 8703e begin to download them again.

Is there any way to fix this? I only want NEW messages downloading to my BB, not all of the ones that I had prior to getting my BB.
