I am receiving duplicate emails to my BB. I am using BIS with the Outlook Web Access option of receiving email. I don't have any other third party forwarding enabled and no Outlook Rules set. However, I will receive an email, read it, not delete it from handheld or inbox, and then next thing I know, the same email has been sent to my handheld again. Any suggestions?
Go to options > advanced options > service book. Make sure you only have one entry for your email address that has [CMIME]. If you have two CMIME entries for the same email address, delete one of them.
my email address seemed to have duplicated service books since it had a CICAL and CMIME book, but after deleting the CICAL one, the problem persists...
any ideas? thanks!
EDIT: the duplicating problem is not present when browsing mails using OWA, but only when browssing/searching/opening in local Outlook...
